Q: Do I need a satellite dish?
A: No dish is required.
Q: Do I need a computer?
A: No computer is needed.
Q: Do I need a modem router?
A: Yes, you need a modem router to connect to the set top box. Then you simply connect your TV box to your TV. Alternatively, you can connect your Set Top Box using WiFi and then simply connect to your TV.
Q: Do I need a US/Canadian IP address?
A: No. This IPTV box will work anywhere. We have customers in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa.
Q: Am I signed up to a contract?
A: No. When you buy your IPTV box it can subscribe to a 1, 3, 6, 12 month subscription. If you decide not to renew your subscription, you can simply contact us.
Q: What if I move?
A: Your original address is only used for us to ship your new IPTV box to you. You can use the box anywhere you wish, as long as you have the broadband speed required. You can even take it on holidays with you!
Q: Are there any performance issues when using the system in different countries?
A: No, the system works worldwide. The way the IPTV channel streaming network is hosted, whether you are in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, or America you should receive exactly the same performance from the system, just so long as you have a stable internet connection.
Q: How much bandwidth does the IPTV stream use?
A: Our IP TV streams use the latest H264 technology, offering the best compression and quality. The IPTV stream sizes are roughly around 4Mbit. However when changing channels the H264 protocol may bounce higher slightly to begin showing the picture, this is why a 6Mbit minimum internet connection speed is required, 10Mbit for HD channels.
Q: What comes with a Set Top Box?
A: The Set Top Box Package comes with 1 Set Top Box, 1 Remote Control, 1 Power Supply, 1 HDMI Cable, a set of batteries and Instruction Manual.
Q: Will I need additional Cables or Equipment?
A: To connect your Set Top Box to your internet modem router you might need to purchase an Ethernet cable of suitable length. You can connect to your router via a WiFi. Additionally you might need an HDMI or Scart/RCA cable to connect the box with your TV.
Q: Does the system have a program guide?
A: Yes and No. There is an excellent Electronic Program Guide (EPG) giving you full and easy access to information about the TV program schedule and other useful on-screen information on some servers, however some servers lack this capability.
Q: Do you provide technical support?
A: Yes. We provide installation support if you require help to connect your Set Top Box. And we're also on hand if you have any technical issues during subscription. You can email, text or call us 24/7.
Q: How do I pay for the Box and/or subscription?
A: We offer payments through PayPal, email e-transfer, Wester Union, Xoom, Cash on Delivery (conditions apply).
